Verbally and physically aggressive

Boyfriend booked his car in for repairs, staff were verbally and physically abusive to my partner. Threatened violence towards him,and even to the extent that had to call the police. I think.this establishment needs an update on their customer care . Supposed to be a garage not a boxing ring. Been made to feel for his safety is disgusting and appalling. Think twice or maybe three times before approaching or using this garage.
